Deposit is Non-Refundable

Reserve your spot with a $500 deposit (USD).

The deposit is nonrefundable; however, should you cancel your reservation 120 days or more before the start of the retreat, please ask about applying your deposit toward another of our upcoming offerings.

Full Payment

You may pay in full after you reserve, or pay remaining balance (after deposit) according to our invoicing. Please note: Full payment is due 90 days prior to day 1 of your retreat.

Cancellations

Please note that there will be no refunds/discounts for being late, leaving early, a flight cancellation, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your attendance to a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate our valued guests in the event of unforeseen complications (injury, family emergency, etc.), but we are obligated to fulfill all costs incurred when reserving retreat spaces and hotels. We value compassion and will genuinely be as understanding as possible in the case that your plans change; however, we strongly encourage you to acquire travel insurance to protect yourself further.

If You Cancel a Reservation:

90 days or more prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: 100% credit of the cost of the full retreat toward another of our offerings within 12 months.
31-90 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: 50% credit of the cost of the full retreat toward another of our offerings within 12 months, and will forfeit the remainder.
0-30 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: no refunds or credits.

I Have to Cancel... Now What?

To officially cancel, you must Contact Us and clearly state that you opt to cancel. Based on the amount of notice you have given us, (see above) we will issue you a credit for the appropriate amount to be used on another of our offerings. Please note, should the circumstances leading to your cancellation be eligible under the travel insurance policy you've purchased, please be sure to file a claim with your insurance provider.

In the Event a Retreat is Cancelled by International Retreats

Please note: We have never before cancelled a retreat.

However, in the event that we must cancel an offering due to too few registered participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments submitted. However, any airfare or travel costs you've incurred we would not be able compensate you for.

In the unlikely event that International Retreats must postpone an offering due to troubling weather, a natural disaster, political upheaval, disease, or some other major event(s), we cannot guarantee a credit/refund, as it would depend on whether or not International Retreats is refunded by the venue, hotel, and/or other event operator we work with. In light of such risks associated with all travel, we highly recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

Acquiring travel insurance is the best way to protect oneself from unforeseen circumstances that may lead to disruption in travel.

Good coverage can protect you when, for example:

you must cancel your participation in our retreat
the retreat is rescheduled/cancelled due to unforeseen events
your luggage becomes lost in transit or delayed
you fall ill or become injured, and need medical care or repatriation
